Tug McGraw Brain Garden Chosen for Bay- Friendly Garden Tour
The Tug McGraw Foundation Brain Food Garden has been selected for Napa Valley's 8th local Bay-Friendly Garden Tour, presented by Napa Country Resource Conservation District (RCD). The tour will feature 12 gardens in Napa and Yountville that provide inspiration for creating beautiful sustainable landscapes.
Tug's Brain Food Garden was chosen because of its purpose to encourage veterans and employees at the Yountville Veterans Home to improve their physical, cognitive, social and spiritual components of their health. Through sustainable programs around exercise, healthy eating, and socialization.
The Brain Food Garden Tour will be hosted by the VHCY Farmers who plant and work in our garden. Community and Residents wiLl have an opportunity to learn further about the importance of our garden mission. The tour's purpose is educational. VHCY farmers will share in areas in how we prepare, plant, share, educate and measure.

The Tour Guide Brochure is your ticket to enter the gardens. If you purchased your ticket/brochure through this website, we will mail it to you starting on May 15. From May 15 to May 31, Purchase your ticket/brochure in-person at the Napa County RCD Office, 1303 Jefferson Street, Suite 500B, Napa. On June 2, purchase tickets at St Claire Brown Winery (816 Vallejo St, Napa) or Veterans Park (6465 Washington St, Yountville)
