The Tug McGraw Celebrity Sporting Clay Pro-Am is a competition between teams consisting of four amateurs, one professional, and a music celebrity. Unlike trap or skeet, which are games of repeatable target presentations, sporting clay competitions simulates the unpredictability of live-quarry, offering a greater variety of trajectories, angles, speeds, elevations, distances, and target sizes.

After the competition, there was a silent auction with items including wine, dining, sports & music memorabilia, and travel, including exclusive trips to Africa and Argentina. Starkey Hearing Technology contributed innovative personalized hearing protection sets that were both part of the auction and special awards. In addition, Ashley Morgan Designs donated a very special angel wing jewelry piece to each of the celebrities for their continued support of the Tug McGraw Foundation. Chick-fil-A of Brentwood provided an outstanding breakfast and Chef Chappy of Chappy's on Church provided a post match pig roast for the participants and their guests.
