"Ya Gotta Believe"-- The Tug McGraw Foundation was established by Tug McGraw in 2003 to raise funds to enhance the quality of life of children and adults with brain tumors and their families by stimulating and facilitating research that addresses the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual impact of the disease. Funding will be directed to the Tug McGraw Research Center within the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University and to other research and medical institutions through a competitive grant program.Learn more

October 5, 2008- New York City Marathon Team McGraw Victory Celebration

Sunday, November 2, 2008, all are welcome to join Team McGraw and friends at Foley’s Bar and Restaurant. Whether you are crossing the finish line, cheering on a friend or just in New York City come on by after the race to celebrate with Team McGraw.

October 4, 2008 - “Ya Gotta Believe” The Ray Lang Memorial raises over $20,000 for the Tug McGraw Foundation

Over the past four years, Pete Lang and his committee have raised more than $20,000 for the Tug McGraw Foundation through the Ray Lang Memorial Golf Tournament. Pete Lang, founder and director of the event said, “My father Ray died of the same disease as Tug, and with the help of the Tug McGraw Foundation, I have finally found a way to combat the disease that took my father at a far too young age.”m

October 1, 2008 – Celebrate with Team McGraw in Chicago!

Come celebrate crossing the finish line of the Chicago Marathon with Team McGraw and friends at the Goose Island Brew Pub.  Eat, drink, relax and regale each other with all of your amazing race stories from the day. Dress however you feel comfortable – (your race gear is okay!) – you’ve earned it!  Please RSVP by Friday, October 10, 2008.
