Greg Forbes Siegman Explores Life’s Lessons in Book
My First Thirty

If you come across someone you can learn from, make the effort to be
around them as much as you can.

 – from The First Thirty by Greg Forbes Siegman

Greg Forbes Siegman is an inspired soul with a treasured message – make a difference in those around you, constantly seek to improve the human condition, and, along the way, inspire others to do the same.

He has touched many through his varied charity work, public speaking, and numerous writings. The First Thirty, written by Greg and co-authored by Jillip Naysinthe Paxson, chronicles the first thirty years of Greg’s life and the thirty lessons he learned along the way.  Through varied successes and failures, acceptance and rejection, he shares in this book the lessons he’s learned for audiences ranging from middle schools to corporations and colleges.

Tug McGraw Foundation President Jennifer Brusstar found his book so touching and motivating that she ordered copies of The First Thirty to share with all the members of her board of directors.

Here is what board member Mike Flanagan had to say upon reading the book and speaking with Greg personally:

The First Thirty

Greg Forbes is a remarkable human being, in that he’s taken his life experiences and utilized them to create straightforward and easy-to-understand lessons we can all learn from and use in our own lives.  His sensitivity to the differences we can each bring to the table, the richness with which he approaches his life, his persistence in overcoming obstacles, and an appreciation for positive thinking are values we should all embrace and adopt in our daily lives.

He truly embodies Tug McGraw’s philosophy of “Ya Gotta Believe.”

We are fortunate to call Greg a friend to the Foundation, and we encourage you to visit his website at www.gregforbes.com to learn more about his exciting activities and his book, The First Thirty.
